Bonnie Twiggs
I joined Crane & Staples as a trainee solicitor in 2005, qualifying in 2007 and becoming a partner of the firm in 2011.
My team and I advise on all matters relating to commercial and residential property and I am one of the few solicitors in the area specialising in the complex area of leasehold enfranchisement.
My expertise includes the following areas:
- Freehold and Leasehold transactions
- Leasehold Enfranchisement
- Business acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord & Tenant
- Commercial Property acquisitions and disposals
As a commercially focused solicitor, my advice to clients is always tailored to meet the particular needs and specific circumstances of each individual transaction.
Memberships and Accreditations
I am a member of ALEP, the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners.
I have been a Legal 500 Recommended Lawyer since 2018.
I am also a ranked individual for Real Estate in the 2024 edition of Chambers & Partners UK.
I have represented the firm as a judge and sponsor of the Best Business Women Awards, since they started in 2015.
Outside the office
Prior to joining Crane & Staples, I was a fully qualified ISTD dance teacher and ran my own dance school in Hertfordshire. I enjoy travelling and spending time with friends and family.
I have two boys, so my spare time mainly involves standing at the side of a football pitch, where Crane & Staples are also the sponsors of one of my son's teams.
