First in Welwyn Garden City to be awarded the Law Society’s quality mark WIQS (Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme)
Crane & Staples Solicitors are proud to be the first law firm in Welwyn Garden City (and only the third in the whole of Hertfordshire) to be accredited with The Law Society’s best practice quality mark – WIQS (Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme).
Advice that you can trust
The scheme design is based on a Wills and Inheritance Protocol that sets client service standards to ensure transparency in process, costs and communications.
It outlines required practices for will drafting, probate and estate administration to help address common risks, errors and inconsistencies that arise in delivering advice. You will be given the information you need to understand the process, options, costs and timescales from the outset.
Erica Pearce-Howard, Associate Legal Practitioner of Crane & Stapes says “We are proud to be awarded the Quality Mark as we continually demonstrate best practice procedures to meet the highest standards of technical expertise and client service”.
She goes on to say that “when you are deciding to make a Will, or need assistance following bereavement, by talking to Crane & Staples you can trust that we will have the necessary expertise to give you the right advice. You will not be “sold” more complex products that are not in your best interests and all our services are tailored to your needs as we know and understand that you and your circumstances are unique”.
WIQS is only open to law firms and other organisations that are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority.
By choosing Crane & Staples you can be reassured that you are making a confident and informed choice of a local legal practice and not a generic national unregulated and unknown company who does not take the time to listen to what you want.
