Crane & Staples Sponsors Local Youth Teams: Welwyn Garden City Cricket Club Juniors and Panshanger FC U11 Pumas

At Crane & Staples, we are proud to support local youth teams and invest in the future of our community’s sports talent. In 2024, we are excited to sponsor both the Welwyn Garden City Cricket Club Juniors and the Panshanger FC U11 Pumas.

The Welwyn Garden City Cricket Club Juniors, featuring young talent like Shay Patel (son of our own Manish Patel, who also serves as a coach support worker), is the latest addition to our sponsorships. We are delighted to see our logo displayed on the team's shirts, which are now proudly on show in our office. Supporting youth cricket reflects our ongoing commitment to nurturing local talent.

In addition to cricket, we continue our long-standing support of the Panshanger FC U11 Pumas, where Luke Twiggs (son of Bonnie Twiggs and grandson of Jeff Twiggs) plays. Seeing the team wear their new kit, complete with our logo, has been a highlight. This marks our fourth year sponsoring the Pumas, and it has been a pleasure watching their passion and skill develop on the football pitch.

At Crane & Staples, we believe in giving back to the community by inspiring the next generation of athletes. From football to cricket, we’re proud to be part of the journey for young sportspeople in Welwyn Garden City.
