Crane & Staples delighted to retain Lexcel accreditation for 9th year running
We are delighted to announce that we have retained the Law Society’s prestigious Lexcel accreditation for the 9th year running.
Crane & Staples first achieved accreditation in 2003, being one of the very early firms nationwide and the second firm in Hertfordshire to do so. To date there are just 11 firms in the county who have achieved the standard, and only 1000 in the country.
Lexcel accredited practices undergo rigorous independent assessment every year to ensure they meet required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management.
Lexcel helps us improve and maintain standards across the firm and we all work hard as a team to achieve and retain the standard. Our clients can be assured that the way we manage the practice has their interests at heart and runs efficiently.
John Wotton, President of the Law Society of England and Wales, said: “Achieving Lexcel accreditation over the past 9 years proves a serious commitment to help clients in the increasingly diverse, complicated and competitive legal market. Lexcel acts as a beacon of quality to clients and potential clients alike. Crane & Staples should be very proud of their achievement”.
Accredited practices get fewer complaints and claims against them than other practices. The practice management accolade has also gone international, with firms in Scotland, Poland and the Republic of Ireland having gained accreditation.
