Chris Lane to trek the Great Wall of China in aid of Isabel Hospice

The group departs on 14th October to Beijing, the trek along the wall starts on the 16th and finishes on the 20th before we return for a couple of days sightseeing back in Beijing. During the trek we stay in local villages along the route.

I am really looking forward to the trek, I am self funding the trip itself therefore all money raised through this page will go to the Isabel Hospice. I have been supporting the Hospice for 15 years or so thanks to a former Director being a member of a networking group that I attended on a weekly basis and she told  us of the work of the Hospice. The staff that work there will tell you it's a special place, as will the many families the Hospice has supported.
