Solicitor Training Contracts – 2025
We will consider Training Contract applications for positions commencing Summer 2025.
"They are bringing in great junior lawyers and training good lawyers to create the next generation. I fully endorse what they are doing."
- Chambers High Net Worth Guide, 2024
Our application deadline for training contracts commencing Summer 2025 is 31st March 2025.
We may consider submissions after this date in exceptional circumstances.
We welcome applicants looking to train through either the LPC or the new SQE route.
We have an excellent reputation for training and development and all our trainees have gone on to achieve great success, whether at our firm or other highly regarded businesses. In 2015, we won the Inspiring Hertfordshire Award for People Development. Former trainee solicitors Mischa McKevitt, Katie Lane and Georgina Christou have all won the Hertfordshire Law Society Junior Lawyer of the Year Award.
In a normal year, we would seek to offer three training contracts.
Occasionally, we may also recruit law students in part-time administrative positions.
Our ideal candidate is a high-achiever, who has a proven track-record of excellent results in their degree, GDL, LPC or equivalent. They must show a real dedication to law and developing their technical knowledge as a solicitor, as well as a keen interest in supporting community events.
